Description

This festive fudge blends white chocolate and sugar-cookie mix into a soft, sliceable treat perfect for Valentine’s Day gift boxes, classroom parties, or an indulgent after-dinner sweet.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles, divided
  • 34 ounces almond bark or extra white chocolate for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Set up a medium double boiler: simmer water in the bottom pot and place a heatproof bowl over it.
  2. Combine the white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in the top of the double boiler.
  3. Heat on medium, stirring continuously until everything melts and becomes smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and half of the sprinkles.
  5. Line a 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  6. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and smooth the top.
  7. Press the remaining sprinkles gently into the surface.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for 2–3 hours until firm.
  9. Once set, lift the parchment to remove the fudge and cut it into squares.
  10. Melt the almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl and drizzle over the fudge.
  11. Let the drizzle set, then enjoy.
