Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 12 pieces Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (for centers)
  • 1 cup Heart Sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan thoroughly.
  2. Cream Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, cream together unsalted butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy, about 2 minutes.
  3. Add Egg and Vanilla: Mix in the vanilla extract and the large egg until completely smooth.
  4. Combine Dry Ingredients: Sprinkle in the baking soda and flour, mixing until just combined.
  5. Form the Dough Balls: Roll the dough into 1-tablespoon balls and place one ball into each cavity of the pan.
  6. Bake the Cookie Cups: Bake for 8 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers remain soft.
  7. Add the Creamy Center: Press a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup into the center of each cookie cup.
