- 1 pound chicken breasts, sliced
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Marinate chicken slices in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- In a skillet, cook the chicken over medium heat until cooked through.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers to the skillet and stir-fry until vegetables are tender.
- Serve the chicken and vegetables over cooked rice.
