Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, cubed
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper and pineapple chunks, stir-frying for several minutes.
- In a bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water.
- Pour sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet.
- Cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve hot over rice.
