Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the cubed chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add bell pepper and pineapple chunks, stir-frying for several minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, cornstarch, and water.
