Instructions

- Using a spaetzle maker or a colander, press the batter through to form small dumplings into the boiling water.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes, or until the dumplings float to the surface.
- Gently drain the cooked spaetzle using a slotted spoon, tossing with melted butter to coat.
- Sprinkle with minced fresh parsley before serving warm.
