Description

This creamy Shrimp Alfredo Fettuccine is a luxurious dish that combines succulent shrimp with a rich Alfredo sauce over fettuccine pasta, perfect for a special dinner.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and black pepper.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to combine with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
