Description

A timeless, ultra-creamy PHILADELPHIA Classic Cheesecake with a crisp graham cracker crust and smooth, rich filling made from simple, dependable ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 packages (8 oz each) PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese Spread, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed just until blended after each addition.
  5. Pour the filling over the prepared crust.
  6. Bake for about 55 minutes, until the center is almost set.
  7. Run a knife around the rim of the pan to loosen the cake. Cool completely.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use room temperature cream cheese.
