- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 4 packages (8 oz each) PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese Spread, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, and melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed just until blended after each addition.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust.
- Bake for about 55 minutes, until the center is almost set.
- Run a knife around the rim of the pan to loosen the cake. Cool completely.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
