Description
This peppermint brownie trifle is a festive, crowd-pleasing holiday dessert layered with chewy brownie cubes, no-bake peppermint cheesecake, fluffy Cool Whip, and Andes Peppermint Crunch.

- 1 box (18.4 oz) brownie mix (or homemade brownies)
- Ingredients required by brownie mix (usually eggs, oil, and water)
- 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups Andes Peppermint Crunch baking chips
- Additional Cool Whip
- Crushed candy canes
Instructions
- Prepare brownies according to the package instructions or use homemade. Bake in a 9×13-inch pan, then cool completely. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add peppermint extract. Fold in Cool Whip, then stir in Andes Peppermint Crunch chips.
- Layer brownie cubes in the bottom of a trifle bowl. Add a thick layer of peppermint cheesecake mixture, followed by a layer of Cool Whip. Repeat until the bowl is full, finishing with Cool Whip.
- Garnish with crushed candy canes, extra peppermint chips, or Andes candies.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set the layers and enhance flavor.
