Description
This creamy and delicious mousse combines the flavors of peanut butter and chocolate with the added protein of cottage cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup whipped cream or coconut whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, peanut butter, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If using, gently fold in whipped cream.
- Divide mousse into serving bowls and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
