Description
One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta for Busy Nights
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 cups Beef Broth
- 1 cup Milk
- 8 oz Uncooked Pasta
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Brown the Beef: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula, for about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease if needed.
- Sauté Garlic & Onion: Push the beef to one side of the skillet. Add butter to the empty side, melting it down. Sauté the garlic and onion until fragrant, around 2 minutes. Then, stir in Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes for added flavor.
- Add Liquid & Pasta: Pour in the beef broth and milk, bringing the mixture to a gentle boil. Stir in the uncooked pasta ensuring it’s well-submerged in the liquid. Cover the skillet and let it simmer for about 12-15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is cooked through.
- Stir in Cheese & Seasonings: Once the pasta is tender, reduce the heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese along with salt and black pepper. Mix well until the sauce is creamy and evenly coats the pasta.
- Serve & Enjoy: Sprinkle with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan for garnish. Serve hot with your favorite garlic bread or a refreshing salad on the side.
