A delicious and easy one pan meal featuring tortellini, sausage, and spinach.
Ingredients

- 12 ounces cheese tortellini
- 1 pound Italian sausage
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the Italian sausage over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add olive oil and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Stir in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer.
- Add tortellini and cook according to package instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes.
- In the last minute of cooking, stir in fresh spinach until wilted.
- Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Serve warm.
