Loaded Chicken Club Sandwich with Crispy Bacon and Avocado Ranch Spread

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 slices thick-cut crispy bacon
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup crisp romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 8 slices whole-grain or sourdough bread
Instructions
- Chop lettuce, slice tomatoes, and mash avocados with ranch in a bowl.
- Season breasts with salt and pepper; grill on medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until juices run clear.
- Fry bacon in a skillet until crispy; drain on paper towels.
- Toast slices until golden brown.
- Layer chicken on one slice of toast, followed by bacon, lettuce, tomato, and avocado ranch spread. Top with another slice of toast.
