Instructions
- Cut the beef chuck roast into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.

- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger paste, minced garlic, and cornstarch until smooth.
- Pour the glaze over the seared beef in the skillet; add pineapple chunks and toss to coat.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, cover, and let simmer for 20-25 minutes until the beef is tender.
- Serve over rice or with steamed vegetables, drizzling remaining glaze on top.
