- 1/2 cup Japanese mayonnaise (preferably Kewpie)
- 3 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 4 nori sheets, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 avocado, sliced (optional)
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Once fluffy, mix in rice vinegar and spread evenly in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine chopped salmon with mayonnaise and sriracha until well mixed.
- Spread the salmon mixture over the rice layer and top with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving; pair with nori strips or sliced avocado for added flavor.
