- 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Reserve the grease.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, bacon grease, garlic powder, and lemon juice until creamy to make baconnaise.
- Divide ground beef into four portions, gently shaping them into balls.
- Preheat a cast-iron skillet over high heat. Place each beef ball in the pan and smash it down to about ½ inch thick.
- Season with salt and pepper; cook for 3-4 minutes. Flip the burgers and add cheese slices to melt.
- Toast buns cut-side down in another skillet until golden brown.
- Assemble by spreading baconnaise on each bun, adding the burger patty, and topping as desired.
