Instructions

- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving overhang on the sides.
- Transfer the mixture to the dish and press it firmly into an even layer.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, or until set.
- Lift out using the parchment paper and cut into bars or squares.
