- 1 pound baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add the baby carrots and sauté for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in honey, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until the carrots are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
