- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Stir in cottage cheese, chives, parsley, and black pepper until just combined.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and gently knead it a few times.
- Pat the dough into a thickness of about 1 inch and cut out biscuits using a round cutter.
- Place biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
