- 8 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 1 cup honey
- 3/4 cup molasses
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease two 9×13-inch baking sheets.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, white sugar, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger.
- Stir in the vegetable oil, honey, molasses, eggs, and vanilla until fully combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the edges brown lightly and the center is no longer glossy.
- Cool for 10 minutes, then cut into bars while still warm.
Notes
- These bars are great for meal prep and can be frozen for later use.
