Description
This Garlic Butter Chicken is a quick and easy dish, ready in 15 minutes, that your family will love.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1–2 teaspoons 21 Salute Seasoning or poultry seasoning
- 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley (optional, for garnishing)
Instructions
- Pound chicken breasts to an even thickness for uniform cooking.
- Add olive oil to a large skillet and heat it over medium-high.
- Place chicken in the skillet. Season with salt, pepper, and seasoning. Cook undisturbed for 5-7 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove chicken and pour in the white wine (or chicken broth), scraping up any flavorful bits from the bottom.
- Stir in butter and minced garlic, cooking until fragrant for 1-2 minutes.
- Return chicken to skillet, spooning sauce over to coat. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust salt and pepper based on preference.
- Use chicken broth for a non-alcoholic option.
- Increase butter for more sauciness.
- Fresh garlic is preferred but jarred works well.
