- 500 g Pork Mince
- 1 packet French Onion Soup Mix
- 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
- 1 sheet Puff Pastry
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 100 g Cheese (Cheddar or Mozzarella)
- 1 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Thyme, Rosemary, Parsley)
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pork mince, French onion soup mix, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Roll out the puff pastry and slice it in half. Scoop filling along the edge and roll the pastry over it, sealing the edges with water or egg wash.
- Beat the egg with the milk and brush over the tops of the rolls for a shiny finish.
- Place rolls on the baking tray and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the rolls cool slightly on a wire rack and serve warm.
