Ingredients

  • 1 large head of cabbage
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove the core from the cabbage and carefully pull off the leaves.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, cooked rice, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place a generous amount of the meat mixture onto each cabbage leaf.
  4. Roll the leaves around the filling, tucking in the sides to secure.
  5. Place the rolls seam-side down in the crockpot.
  6. Pour the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce over the rolls.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
