  • 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
  • 2 cups mini pretzels
  • 1 cup rye chips or bagel chips
  • 1/4 cup melted butter (or neutral oil for dairy-free)
  • 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickle seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar powder (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, mini pretzels, and rye or bagel chips. Toss gently.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk melted butter with dried dill, dill pickle seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and vinegar powder (if using).
  4. Pour the butter-seasoning mixture evenly over the cereal mixture. Toss thoroughly so all pieces get a light coating.
  5. Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
