- 3 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 3 cups Corn Chex cereal
- 2 cups mini pretzels
- 1 cup rye chips or bagel chips
- 1/4 cup melted butter (or neutral oil for dairy-free)
- 1 tablespoon dried dill weed
- 1 tablespoon dill pickle seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vinegar powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment for easy cleanup.
- In a large bowl, combine Rice Chex, Corn Chex, mini pretzels, and rye or bagel chips. Toss gently.
- In a small bowl, whisk melted butter with dried dill, dill pickle seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and vinegar powder (if using).
- Pour the butter-seasoning mixture evenly over the cereal mixture. Toss thoroughly so all pieces get a light coating.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even browning and crisping.
- Remove from the oven and cool completely on the sheet. Store once cooled.
