Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cocktail sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Remove shrimp from pot and immediately place in a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process.
  4. Drain shrimp and pat dry.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together cocktail sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and salt.
  6. Toss the shrimp in the sauce until coated.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
