  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 12 small taco-sized tortillas (corn or flour)
  • Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, avocado slices, sour cream, salsa, fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts or thighs into your slow cooker.
  2. Generously sprinkle taco seasoning all over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.
  3. Pour in the entire can of undrained diced tomatoes with green chilies and the chicken broth.
