- 4 cups Potatoes (slice thin)
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 medium Onion
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

- 1 tablespoon Fresh Herbs
Instructions
- Sauté the beef with chopped onion until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Wash and slice potatoes thinly, around 1/8-inch thickness.
- Add half of the sliced potatoes as the base, then layer half of the cooked beef and onion mixture, followed by a sprinkle of cheddar cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- In a bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, whole milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Pour this over layered ingredients.
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
- In the last 15 minutes, sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Spoon casserole onto plates and garnish with fresh herbs.
