- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup flour
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
- In a bowl, mix flour with salt and pepper. Coat each shrimp in the flour mixture.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place shrimp in a single layer in the basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown, shaking halfway through.
- While shrimp cooks, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a bowl to create the bang bang sauce.
- Warm tortillas slightly, then layer cabbage slaw, crispy shrimp, and drizzle with bang bang sauce. Squeeze fresh lime juice over tacos before serving.
