Description

Delicious creamy garlic butter chicken stuffed into large pasta shells for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 12 large jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shredded chicken to the skillet, followed by chicken broth and Italian seasoning. Stir until well combined.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
  6. Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture, then place them in a baking dish.
  7. Pour the garlic butter chicken mixture over the stuffed shells.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  9. Garnish with additional parsley and serve warm.
