- 12 large jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken to the skillet, followed by chicken broth and Italian seasoning. Stir until well combined.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the cheese mixture, then place them in a baking dish.
- Pour the garlic butter chicken mixture over the stuffed shells.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with additional parsley and serve warm.
