Deliciously Easy Cranberry Whipped Feta Dip for the Holidays
Ingredients

- Feta Base:
- 200g (7 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
- 115g (4 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of salt, to taste
- Cranberry Topping:
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries (approx. 120g)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Zest of 1 orange
- Finish & Garnish:
- 2 tbsp hot honey
- 1 tsp finely chopped rosemary
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds (optional)
- 2 tbsp crushed pistachios (optional)
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, simmer cranberries, maple syrup, and orange zest for 8–10 minutes until berries burst and sauce thickens. Cool fully.
- In a food processor, blend feta, cream cheese, lemon juice, and olive oil until silky smooth. Add salt if needed.
- Spread whipped feta on a platter, creating swirls with a spoon.
- Spoon cooled cranberry mixture over feta base. Drizzle generously with hot honey.
- Finish with rosemary, pomegranate seeds, and crushed pistachios. Serve with crackers, veggies, or bread.
