Festive Christmas Truffles Recipe with Cranberry and Pistachio
Ingredients

- 16 oz (450g) high-quality white chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup shelled pistachios, chopped (plus more for topping)
- Optional: pinch of sea salt or orange zest for brightness
- For coating: extra melted white chocolate or powdered sugar
Instructions
- Place chopped white chocolate in a bowl. Heat cream until just simmering and pour over chocolate. Let sit 2–3 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract, cranberries, pistachios, and optional zest or salt.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
- Scoop and roll into balls, then place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Roll in melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, or crushed pistachios. Chill 15–20 minutes to set.
- Garnish with cranberries or pistachios and enjoy slightly chilled.
