Instructions

  1. Cream Butter and Sugar: In a mixing bowl, beat softened butter, powdered sugar, fine salt, and vanilla extract until pale and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
  2. Combine Dry Ingredients: Gradually add half of the all-purpose flour and Dutch processed cocoa powder. Mix until a dough forms, then add remaining flour and cocoa.
  3. Chill Dough (if necessary): If the dough is soft and sticky, refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
