Scale
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 3 oz (85 g) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2–3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: crushed graham crackers, fresh berries, fruit compote, or honey drizzle

- Pour the mixture into a bowl or jar and stir in the chia seeds until evenly distributed.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight, allowing the chia seeds to thicken the pudding.
- Before serving, stir to loosen the texture if needed.
- Divide into serving jars or bowls and top with crushed graham crackers, berries, fruit compote, or a drizzle of honey.
