- 1 cup light corn syrup
- 1 (3 oz) package green apple gelatin mix (dry)
- 1 (11 oz) package caramel bits
- 10–12 cups popped corn (unpopped kernels removed)
Instructions
- Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl, removing any unpopped kernels.
- Pour the caramel bits over the popcorn, mix gently, and set aside.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, corn syrup, and dry gelatin mix.
- Stir constantly and bring the mixture to a rolling boil.
- Allow it to boil for exactly 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- Immediately pour the hot mixture over the popcorn and caramel bits.
- Stir quickly and thoroughly until all popcorn is evenly coated.
- Let cool slightly until set, then serve.
