  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts (Thick-cut, boneless, skinless)
  • 1 cup Broccoli (Fresh or frozen, chopped)
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese (Consider Neufchâtel for lighter option)
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (Sharp cheddar recommended)
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Seasoning (Adjust for milder taste)
  • ½ tsp Salt (For seasoning)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil (Melted butter can be a substitute)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice a pocket into each chicken breast lengthwise, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  3. Season the chicken generously with Cajun seasoning and salt on both sides.
  4. Mix chopped broccoli, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ⅛ teaspoon of salt in a bowl until combined.
