  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp Honey or sugar
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar or lime juice
  • 810 pieces Skewers

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into 1 to 1.5-inch chunks to ensure they cook evenly and absorb the flavors well.
  2. In a bowl, mix the chicken with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Toss until every piece is coated in the spice blend.
  3. Thread the seasoned chicken chunks onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.
