Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the softened butter, sugar, and brown sugar in a large mixing bowl until fluffy for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add the egg and maple syrup, beating until well combined.
  4. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients gradually into the wet mixture, stirring gently until just mixed.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips and any optional add-ins you choose.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a baking sheet, leaving space between each ball.
