- Sprinkles or shredded coconut
Instructions
- Warm heavy cream in a saucepan until just beginning to simmer.
- Pour hot cream over chocolate chips. Let sit 1–2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Stir in raspberry preserves, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
- Refrigerate mixture for 1–2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
- Roll truffles in desired coatings and return to parchment-lined tray.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving or gifting.
