Description

Ingredients

  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Cocoa powder
  • Powdered sugar
  • Freeze-dried raspberry powder
  • Sprinkles or shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Warm heavy cream in a saucepan until just beginning to simmer.
  2. Pour hot cream over chocolate chips. Let sit 1–2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
  3. Stir in raspberry preserves, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined.
  4. Refrigerate mixture for 1–2 hours until firm enough to scoop.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and roll into balls.
  6. Roll truffles in desired coatings and return to parchment-lined tray.
  7. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving or gifting.
