Instructions

  1. Start by crushing your graham crackers into fine crumbs. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and chopped pecans. Stir the ingredients together until everything is well-coated and moist. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the two boxes of instant chocolate pudding mix and the cold milk. Whisk for 2-3 minutes until the pudding thickens and reaches a smooth consistency.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the whipped topping, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir the ingredients together until smooth and fluffy.
