A delicious and easy recipe for Tomato Basil Shrimp Pasta that combines fresh tomatoes, basil, and succulent shrimp.

- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes soften.
- Toss in cooked spaghetti, fresh basil, and lemon juice. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional basil if desired.
