Deliciously tart cranberry apple crisp topped with a crunchy oat and brown sugar topping.
Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 4 cups peeled and sliced apples
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cranberries, apples, granulated sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and softened butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apple and cranberry mixture.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
