Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Cut thawed puff pastry into 24 strips, measuring approximately 6″ by 1/2″.
- Whisk together the egg with 1 tablespoon of water to create an egg wash.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly across each strip of puff pastry.
- Place a pimento-stuffed green olive at one end of each pastry strip and roll it up tightly.
