Delicious and easy-to-make spinach and feta pinwheels perfect for appetizers or party snacks.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 flour tortilla
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, feta cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the flour tortilla.
- Sprinkle roasted red peppers on top of the cheese mixture.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to form a log.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice the log into pinwheels and serve.
