Ingredients

- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, Sriracha, and garlic.
- Pulse until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
- With the processor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil until fully incorporated.
- Season with salt to taste and process again.
- Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
