Description

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, Sriracha, and garlic.
  2. Pulse until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  3. With the processor running, slowly drizzle in olive oil until fully incorporated.
  4. Season with salt to taste and process again.
  5. Serve with pita chips or fresh vegetables.
