  • 2 cups Green Grapes (Firm texture.)

Instructions

  1. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, white vinegar, cider vinegar, banana pepper, jalapeno, red chili, cinnamon sticks, ginger, coriander seeds, allspice, and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for about 3-5 minutes, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  3. In a large bowl, place the halved green and red grapes. Pour the cooled pickling liquid over the grapes, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.
