- 2 cups Green Grapes (Firm texture.)
- 2 cups Seedless Red Grapes (Adds sweetness.)
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine sugar, white vinegar, cider vinegar, banana pepper, jalapeno, red chili, cinnamon sticks, ginger, coriander seeds, allspice, and hot pepper sauce. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let the mixture simmer for about 3-5 minutes, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, place the halved green and red grapes. Pour the cooled pickling liquid over the grapes, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 12 hours before serving.
