Description

This Spicy Bang Bang Chicken Bowl is a delicious and flavorful dish that combines tender chicken with a spicy sauce, served over a bed of rice and fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add diced chicken. Cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger together.
  4. Once chicken is cooked, pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
  5. Add broccoli and bell peppers to the skillet and sauté until vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve chicken and vegetables over rice and garnish with green onions.
