Ingredients

- 1 cup sourdough discard
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried herbs (such as rosemary or thyme)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sourdough discard, olive oil, flour, salt, garlic powder, and dried herbs.
- Mix until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface.
- Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
