These Sourdough Cheesy Breadsticks are buttery, cheesy, and oh-so-delicious!

- 1 cup sourdough starter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sourdough starter, flour, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and salt until a dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/2 inch thick.
- Cut the rolled dough into stick shapes and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Brush the melted butter over the top of each stick.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
