Description

These Sourdough Cheesy Breadsticks are buttery, cheesy, and oh-so-delicious!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sourdough starter, flour, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and salt until a dough forms.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Cut the rolled dough into stick shapes and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Brush the melted butter over the top of each stick.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
