Ingredients

- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 Thai iced tea bags
- 2 teaspoons gelatin powder
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over the cold water and letting it sit for 5 minutes.
- Heat the heavy cream, milk, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves; do not boil.
- Add the Thai iced tea bags and steep for about 10 minutes, then remove the bags.
- Stir the bloomed gelatin into the warm mixture until fully dissolved.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into molds or serving glasses.
- Refrigerate until fully set, about 4 hours.
