- 1 piece Beaten egg yolk
- 1 tbsp Water
Instructions

- In a separate bowl, cream the softened unsalted butter and fine sugar together until light and fluffy.
- Add the fresh salted egg yolks to the butter and sugar mixture. Mix well.
- Gradually incorporate your dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- In a small bowl, mix the beaten egg yolk with a splash of water.
- Form the dough into your desired shapes and brush the tops with the egg wash.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds atop your cookies before baking.
