- 12 pieces Rice Paper Wrappers
- 2 tablespoons Oil (olive oil or cooking spray)
Instructions
- Begin by organizing your workspace. Gather all ingredients and tools needed for a smooth cooking experience.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, drained crab meat, chopped green onions, and soy sauce. Stir until well mixed and creamy.
- Take each rice paper wrapper and dip it in warm water for about 10-15 seconds until pliable.
- Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of the soaked rice paper. Fold the edges and press to seal tightly.
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the rangoons on a parchment-lined baking sheet and lightly brush or spray them with oil.
